I’m a food truck foody and a great critic I might add due to my affinity for food trucks.
OK burgers of burgers that sounds pretty boring and plain but but I’m going to have to go a bit above and beyond on this one just as these folks is grabbing my heart with their good grub. I’m going to become a follower. If you’re in the KC metro I suggest you do the same asame as I am certainly impressed with the provisions.

Phenomenal customer service and by far the best smash burger in Kansas City and absolutely the best burger I have ever had! The burger was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of cheese and jalapenos! If you’re looking for the best burger in Kansas City, Big Red Food Truck KC is number one in our book! Highly recommended, 10 out of 10! Your taste buds will thank you over and over again! Oh, and the Fries, WOW!
