Beauty of the Bistro is a dream realized by Sidney Fish, who from a very young age loved to grow and prepare delicious food. From her beginnings on her family’s 10 acre farm, Sidney learned the art of planting and growing vegetables from her father, who had an incredible passion for farming. From planting seedlings, to canning their harvests, Sidney continues her father’s legacy in growing, preparing, and now presenting her delicious recipes to her customers.
